The Granada Bistro, Norman at Skyview, and River Lodge’s poolside Ciao Papi are each offering spring-forward prix fixe brunch menus this Mother’s Day, Sunday May 11th.

Two-course prix fixe menu available 10am - 3pm (reservations recommended). $50 per person. Select one from each course below:

  • Caprese Skewers: cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic drizzle

    Tomato & Brie Tart: heirloom tomatoes, brie cheese, flakey tart crust, arugula pesto

    Almond Coffee Crumble Cake: gluten-free traditional coffee cake

  • Sun Dried Tomato Frittata: sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, caramelized onions, parmesan, arugula

    Carbonara Pasta: bucatini pasta, pancetta, cured egg yolk, spring peas

    Italian Croque Madame: focaccia, prosciutto, gruyere cheese, bechamel sauce, egg

  • Mia Madre ($16): beefeater gin, manadrino, lemon, yellow chartruese, vanilla

    Constellations ($16): titos vodka, aperol, lime, blueberry simple syrup, prosecco
