Established in 1922, the historic Granada Hotel in downtown San Luis Obispo represents over a century of hospitality. Today, the landmark property is home to 17 luxurious guestrooms; fine dining at the beloved Bistro; and Nightcap, a speakeasy-like cocktail lounge.

Aptly named for its hilltop perch overlooking Los Alamos, Skyview is an iconic mid-century motel (circa 1959) turned modern-day oasis. The five-acre outpost features 33 stylish guest rooms; a farm-to-table restaurant + poolside bar called Norman; a postcard-worthy adults-only pool; and a working vineyard that produces the house rosé.

Hotel Ynez (formerly the Meadowlark Inn) is a secret-garden-like sanctuary tucked away on two acres at the crossroads of Santa Ynez and Solvang. The 22 bohemian-chic guestrooms border sprawling central grounds with heritage oak trees, fire pits, fountains, daybeds, picnic tables, hammocks, a bocce ball court, and a heated 21-and-over pool.

A fresh take on Paso Robles’ classic main-street motel, Farmhouse Motel was renovated and reopened in 2023. Now, as a sweet boutique hotel retreat, the property offers 26 cottage-style guestrooms nestled around a vibrant gardenscape featuring firepits, fountains, rose gardens, citrus & olive trees, and a lush dog-friendly lawn.

Located at the crossroads of Highway 101 and Highway 46 in Paso Robles wine country, River Lodge is a mid-century motel turned retro-chic resort that features 28 guestrooms; an Italian-inspired restaurant + bar called Ciao Papi; and lively landscaped grounds with lush lawns + rose gardens, firepits + hammocks, and a large 21-and-over heated pool + hot tub.

Established in 1858, the historic Pozo Saloon has stood the test of time, surviving everything from prohibition to a pandemic. We are honored to usher in a new era for the Saloon as our team works to preserve the landmark and its legacy for decades to come. Live music and dining will return 2026.
