Coffee isn’t just a habit, it’s a ritual—the first comfort of the day, the quiet moment before plans begin. At Nomada, we want our guests to wake up knowing that their coffee has been chosen and prepared with the same care we put into every part of their stay.
The Nomada House Blend was custom-developed in close collaboration with our friends at KBRG Coffee Lab, whose deep expertise in sourcing and roasting helped shape every detail of the blend.
After months of hands-on tasting and refinement, we finalized a formula using ethically-sourced Arabica beans from Guatemala and Ethiopia. The result is a balanced blend that offers rich depth and vibrant brightness.
The Guatemalan beans, washed and cultivated in volcanic soils, provide a velvety foundation layered with cocoa and caramel undertones. Paired with natural Ethiopian peaberries bursting with floral aromatics, lively notes of citrus, and juicy stone fruit, this blend is silky and smooth with a clean, lingering finish.
To preserve that flavor, the Nomada House Blend is roasted weekly in San Luis Obispo to deliver peak freshness — whether you’re enjoying it at our restaurants, during your hotel stay, or in your own home.
Our partnership with KBRG goes beyond the blend. They’ve also trained our teams in expert barista skills, so however you take your coffee, you can be confident it's crafted with care and consistency.

Mornings at every Nomada hotel start with complimentary drip coffee service in the guest lounges. In your room, calibrated Keurigs stocked with our custom House Blend pods allow you to brew the perfect cup every time.

Join us at The Bistro, Norman, or Ciao Papi to savor a freshly poured coffee, or better yet — an affogato or espresso martini. Each offering is crafted to highlight the blend’s depth, balance, and versatility from straight pours to sweet or spirited preparations.

Pick up a bag of regular or decaf whole beans from your favorite hotel’s lobby shop or order a bag online from Nomada Deco. Online orders are roasted to order and shipped within 3 days for peak freshness.
