There’s something new on the table at Norman. With the arrival of Executive Chef Tyler, the kitchen at Skyview Los Alamos is entering a new chapter, bringing his Central Coast culinary experience and French-inspired approach to a fresh seasonal menu.

From weekday lunches and leisurely weekend brunches to afternoon bites and dinner under the stars, there’s always a good time to pull up a chair at Norman.

Lunch: Monday–Friday · 12–3 PM

Brunch: Saturday–Sunday · 10 AM–3 PM

Afternoon Bites: Daily · 3–5 PM

Dinner: Daily · 5–9 PM
