A New Vintage Has Arrived: Skyview Rosé 2025

If you’ve ever visited Skyview in Los Alamos, you may have noticed the vineyard tucked into the hillside just below the hotel. Those 2.5 acres of Pinot Noir vines are the source of something special: Skyview’s very own estate-grown rosé.

Back in 2018, Nomada partnered with Mikey and Gina Giugni — the duo behind Scar of the Sea and Lady of the Sunshine — to vinify Skyview’s grapes into a crisp, refreshing rosé that tastes like summer in a glass. Eight vintages later and a recent introduction of Aligote, the collaboration is still going strong.

For the 2025 vintage, Skyview’s Pinot Noir was picked to capture the grapes’ natural acidity, then foot-tread and left briefly on the skins before being pressed whole bunch. The juice fermented with native yeast in old French oak barrels, where the wine aged on the lees for eight months before bottling in the spring.

Crisp and juicy, the finished rosé tastes like summertime strawberries, with notes of pink lemonade and crushed flower petals.

Exclusively available across Nomada hotels and restaurants, the 2025 Skyview Rosé has officially arrived. Wherever you check in, there’s a glass waiting for you.
