  • Smoked Turkey Breast & Leg Confit: potato purée, balsamic-glazed brussels sprouts, maple bourbon gravy

    Pan Seared Snapper: fennel soubise, butter-glazed baby beets, crispy pickled onion

    Beef Bourdelaise: 8oz ribeye, horseradish-celery root purée, mushroom bordelaise

    Harvest Vegetable Stew: sweet potato & chickpea stew, bok choy, chippolini onion, ginger, coconut milk, sage-green onion relish
