Playful, adventurous, and always delicious, Field Recordings offers an eclectic mix of wines that celebrate Paso’s creativity. The Tin City tasting room is open daily, and walk-ins are welcome.

THE FABLEIST

This winery is all about storytelling through wine, with each label inspired by a classic fable. Their approachable, food-friendly wines are a guest favorite. You’ll find a bottle in our in-room mini bars at River Lodge or Farmhouse.

HALTER RANCH

A historic vineyard turned sustainability leader, Halter Ranch offers estate-grown wines that shine in their expansive hilltop setting. You’ll find a bottle in our in-room mini bars at River Lodge or Farmhouse.

HIGH CAMP

A newer gem on the Paso scene, High Camp brings a modern, laid-back energy to the tasting experience while producing small-lot wines with character. Their new downtown room is open Thursdays-Sundays.

LEVO

Known for their vibrant Rhône and California blends, Levo’s boutique wines have earned a cult following for their artistry and intensity. Located in Tin City, the tasting room is open Thursdays - Mondays.

VINA ROBLES

Celebrating 25 years in Paso, Vina Robles sources grapes from six vineyard sites across five sub-AVAs, offering a portfolio that highlights the region’s remarkable diversity.

A charming Paso Robles tasting room, Giornata proves you don't have to leave Paso Robles to find incredible Italian inspired wines. Founded by Brian and Stephy Terrizzi, Giornata is one of California’s most respected producers of Italian varieties. Stop in for a relaxed tasting featuring expressive, food-friendly wines, with a focus on varieties like Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Vermentino.
