TERMS OF SERVICE
This program requires its members and their guests to accept our standards of conduct in all Nomada spaces. By enrolling in the Nomada Membership, you agree to these terms. If a member or their guest(s) violate any of our rules or policies, we reserve the right to revoke the membership without refund.

Membership Purchase Restrictions
» Membership begins on the date of purchase and will automatically renew yearly.
» Only 1 membership can be purchased per transaction.
» Purchase becomes non-refundable after 24 hours. After 24 hours, purchase is final and cannot be canceled.
» Members must be at least 21 years of age. IDs showing age are required for all membership perks on site.
Membership Etiquette Expectations
» When Members bring a guest to a Nomada property, the membership holder is responsible for ensuring all guest(s) follow the Nomada Membership standards of conduct.
» Guest(s) of members are not allowed in the pool or pool area after the member leaves.
» All bills must be settled in full before leaving the property. Members are responsible for their guests’ bills if they are not paid and may face membership being revoked without a refund if such unpaid bills are not settled promptly.
» All Nomada Members and their guests are obligated to abide by the smoking policy that’s in effect at each property. No smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is allowed inside any of our venues at any time. Failure to comply with this policy could result in a damage assessment of up to $500.
» All Nomada members and their guests are obligated to abide by the pet policy that's in effect at each property. Failure to adhere to those policies could result in a $500 fee per incident.
» At times, Nomada hotels, restaurants, and pools may have partial or total buyouts for private events. When we close part of a property for a private event, please honor and respect the privacy of the event.
Room Rate Code Restrictions
» Non-transferable.
» Member rate is only applicable for one room at a time.
» Name on the reservation must match the member information on file. A valid ID is required at check-in. If the registered member is not present, the reservation is subject to cancellation without a refund and the membership will be revoked.
» Valid on new, direct bookings only.
» Cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
» Blackout dates apply.
» Not applicable on bookings of 5 or more rooms. For 5 or more rooms, please inquire for a group room block.
Hotel Guest Upgrades & Offers
COMPLIMENTARY ROOM UPGRADES
» Complimentary room upgrades are not guaranteed. Room upgrades can only be offered on the day of arrival, if there is availability at the property.
» If room upgrades are available, Nomada members are prioritized for the offer and the upgrade will be for a single room type tier higher than the original room type booked.
EARLY CHECK-INS
» Standard check-in time at all Nomada hotels is 3pm.
» Early check-in opportunities are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
» Nomada members are prioritized if early check-in is available.
» To inquire if early check-in is available, Members must call the hotel on the day of arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUTS
» Standard check out time at all Nomada hotels is 11am.
» Late check-out opportunities are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
» When available, late check-out between 11am and 1pm is complimentary for Nomada members.
» 1pm is the latest check-out time we can accommodate for any guest. Any later departure would require booking an additional night, subject to availability.
» To request late check-out, Member must speak with the front desk during the stay before 11am on scheduled departure date.
Pool Pass Usage
» Members can track/manage pool passes and schedule pool visits through their secure Member Portal (no password required). We strongly encourage that Members schedule pool visits in advance so we can prepare the best possible experience.
» Pool access is subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply due to private events or, on occasion, a full property buyout. Click here to view upcoming pool closures.
» Each pass admits one person for a single day to the pools (21 and over only) at Skyview or River Lodge.
» Members may use their passes to bring guests; however, the Member must be present at check-in and remain onsite for the duration of the visit.
» Upon arrival, Members must check in at the restaurant with a pool pass reservation confirmation email and valid IDs for all guests in their party.
» To preserve the elevated experience our guests expect, we kindly ask that all members and their guests adhere to Nomada’s standards of conduct, follow posted pool rules, and respect guidance from our staff. In rare cases of non-compliance or disruptive behavior, the property reserves the right to revoke access or membership privileges without refund.
» Pool rules: 21 and over only (valid ID required); no outside food & drink; no glass; no pool toys; no pets; no smoking or vaping; no speakers or external audio
Retail Discount Code Restrictions
» Non-transferable.
» Discount is not applicable to gift card purchases, memberships, or additional pool passes.
